Acting as Project Leader I'm responsible for deployment of SAP solution in Polish steel works. Scope of my activities includes project planning, co-ordination, co-operation with local IT and business, training and follow-up. In parallel I'm working on evolution of SAP PM template solution, including interface between mobile device (based on Windows Mobile) and SAP.
