As the member of the Central Team, I was responsible for the final design of the PP-PI / PM /QM template and customizing. My other tasks included training local teams, conducting Fit-Gap workshops, driving Fit-Gap resolution process and supporting local deployment teams at the Go-live. During this assignment I was also coaching 2 system analysts.

It was my responsability to design, build and deploy manufacturing interfaces in Luxembourg, Ukraine, Russia and to design interfaces for Belgium.
