My first task was to introduce APO PP-DS block planning concept to existing plant in Poland working with Repetitive manufacturing. Later on I became responsible for new deployments in Poland, Lithuania and Russia in the area of PP / PM / APO / CO-PC. My activities included conducting FitGap workshops, preparation of customizing specifications, co-ordination of master data collection process, testing, super users training and Go-live support. I was also responsible for full process of switch from REM to Discrete manufacturing of Polish plant.
